The Lord is building His church according to His pattern by covenantal principles through God ordained interpersonal relationships. Those called to lead the local churches need a fellowship of relationship for encouragement, help and oversight that fosters responsibility, accountability and reciprocity. The emphasis is pro-generational thinking that looks to leave an inheritance of faith and purpose to the next generation of leaders.
